Asim Arman

I build automation systems — and I measure whether they actually made you money.

Most automation gets built, switched on, and never checked again. It runs, so everyone assumes it worked. Nobody asks whether a single extra job got booked.

That’s the gap I work in. I’m CXL-certified in conversion optimization and I build the systems themselves in n8n. Two halves of the same problem: the system that catches the lead, and the numbers that tell you whether it converted.

Full name Khondoker Asim Arman — most people just call me Asim.

What I’m qualified to say

CXL Conversion Optimization Minidegree — passed 4 April 2025, issued by CXL and signed by founder Peep Laja. CXL’s minidegree is a graded programme, not an attendance badge. Verify the certificate (issued in my full legal name, Khondoker Arman).

SEO content writer at VISER X — a digital marketing agency headquartered in Dhaka with registered offices in Wyoming and London, serving clients across 100+ countries. Writing SEO content professionally is why the guides on this site read like they were written by a person, because they were.

Built and tested, not theorised — every workflow I write about here is one I have actually built and run. The screenshots are my own n8n canvas. Where a system was built as a demonstration rather than for a paying client, I say so on the page. I would rather show you something real and label it honestly than describe a client I do not have.

What I actually do

I build automation for small businesses that lose leads in the gaps: the missed call nobody returns, the form that sits unread until Monday, the quote that never gets chased.

The work is mostly n8n, connected to whatever the business already uses — their phone system, their inbox, their spreadsheet, their CRM. No monthly SaaS subscription for a feature they could own outright.

The conversion side is what stops it becoming busywork. An automation that fires reliably at the wrong moment, with the wrong message, is just a faster way to lose the same lead.
